| 2 | Customer Pre-construction MeetingDuring this meeting, you are introduced to the construction team, guided through the building process, and informed of the construction timetable. We also use this meeting to verify the custom features you have selected, as well as confirming your color selections. |
| 3 | Customer Frame OrientationPrior to the installation of drywall, a member of Onyx Homes will give you a guided tour of the construction frame, basic heating, wiring and plumbing of your home. This allows you to inspect the inner structure, looking over the components so you can be confident in the quality of your home. |
| 4 | Quality InspectionPrior to your orientation, we conduct our own quality inspection to ensure that everything is in proper working order and meets our quality standards. All corrections are made and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for your orientation. |
| 5 | Customer Orientation of Your HomeWhen the construction of your home is completed, a representative of Onyx Homes will take you on a room-by-room tour, explaining and demonstrating the function of your home as well as addressing any concerns you may have. |
| 6 | Post-Closing Visit on Your HomeApproximately one month after closing, after you have had time to settle in, we will schedule a time to meet with you to answer questions and address any concerns that you may have. You are our customer and we are proud of it; therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new Onyx home. |
